Venison ragu is a ready-made sauce prepared by hand with high-quality Venison meat (70%) carefully selected and sourced from Trentino, tomatoes, celery, carrots, onions, red wine, extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper. The meat is marinated for a long time in Trentino red wine and flavored with fennel and cumin, to obtain an intense and characteristic flavor.
