The speck ragu is prepared with 40% cured pork, Italian tomatoes, fresh onions, celery, Trentino white wine, Italian extra virgin olive oil, butter, sea salt, natural flavors and spices. It contains no preservatives or gluten. It has an intense and aromatic flavor, characteristic of cured pork. The taste is balanced and pleasant, with smoky and spicy notes. The speck ragu is packaged in a 190g glass jar, which is practical to store and use.
