Ventisali is a 100% Aglianico DOCG red wine produced by Cantine Buonanno that encapsulates the strength and elegance of the terroir.

Ventisali, an aglianico dell'Irpinia, is distinguished by its intense ruby red color with garnet highlights, which intensifies with aging. The 100% Aglianico grapes, carefully cultivated on volcanic soils at an altitude of 400 meters, give the wine a strong and complex character. Careful vinification, with maceration for about 15 days and partial fermentation with selected yeasts, enhances the fruity and spicy aromas of the grape variety. Aging in steel and barrique gives the Ventisali structure and harmony, giving a long and persistent sip.
