Be won over by Taros, an Aglianico dell'Irpinia from Cantina Buonanno that embodies the essence of the Campania region.
Made from 100% Aglianico grapes cultivated with passion and dedication in the vineyards of Venticano and Torre le Nocelle, this aglianico stands out for its bold personality and unmistakable character. The clay-limestone soil, the altitude of 400 meters above sea level and the area's Mediterranean climate create ideal conditions for the ripening of Aglianico grapes of exceptional quality. Careful vinification, involving soft crushing and destemming, maceration for about 20 days, fermentation partially conducted with selected yeasts and aging in steel and French oak tonneaux, enhances the unique characteristics of this fine wine.
Pouring a glass of Taros, you will be enraptured by an intense ruby red color with garnet highlights. On the nose, complex aromas of ripe fruit, spices, licorice and tobacco intertwine harmoniously, creating an intoxicating bouquet. On the palate, the aglianico is full-bodied and structured, with well-integrated tannins and a lingering finish that delivers satisfying sensations. Taros is a perfect to accompany robust first courses, grilled or roasted red meats, game and aged cheeses. Its complexity and strong character make it an ideal companion for special occasions and moments of conviviality.
