Artichokes raw salad are a handcrafted product made with "violet" artichokes, grown in Italy and processed within 8 hours of harvesting. The product is made with Artichokes (65%), extra virgin olive oil (30%), wine vinegar, salt, lemon juice. The product is free from preservatives and artificial colours.

The product follows the traditional Apulian processing method. The artichokes are small, tender and tasty. They are lightly defloated and turned manually, then packed in extra virgin olive oil with apple vinegar, sunflower seed oil, whole salt and lemon juice. No other condiments or spices are added to enhance the unique flavour of this product.

Artichokes are rich in fibre, which help to regulate the intestine and give a feeling of satiety. They have diuretic and purifying properties, helping to eliminate toxins from the body.
