Gioris is a ve 100% Greco di Tufo DOCG white wine produced by Cantine Buonanno that was born from the perfect combination of tradition and innovation.

Greco grapes are hand-picked and carefully vinified, respecting natural times and methods. Partial fermentation with selected yeasts and maturation in steel on the lees give the wine a unique character, characterized by a distinct mineral freshness and a bouquet of fruity aromas ranging from citrus notes to hints of peach and white apple.
