Vinification and Aging: A Meticulous Process
The vinification of Spumante Extra-Dry Metodo Charmant follows a meticulous process that brings out the best characteristics of the Falanghina grape. Soft pressing and refermentation in temperature-controlled steel autoclaves for 3-4 months give the wine its lively and persistent effervescence.
