Frisino Classic Method Pas Dosé Sparkling Wine is produced by the Frisino winery in the Valle D'Itria, Puglia region of Italy.

It is made from 80% Chardonnay and 20% Verdeca grapes that are vinified according to the classic method.

The grapes selected for this sparkling wine are destemmed and gently pressed. The must ferments in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. After the first fermentation, the base wine is bottled and the second fermentation takes place, which determines the formation of carbon dioxide and the characteristic effervescence of the sparkling wine. During the refinement, the sparkling wine rests in the bottle in contact with the yeasts for at least 30 months. During this period, the yeasts autolyze, releasing precious substances into the sparkling wine that enrich its aromatic profile and enhance its complexity.

Throughout the production process, no dosage syrup is added to preserve the purity and expressiveness of the product. The sparkling wine is therefore Brut Nature, with a residual sugar content of 0 g/l.

Frisino Classic Method Pas Dosé is characterized by a straw yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose it is complex and intriguing, with notes of quince, carob, pastry scents such as melted butter and toasted bread notes. On the palate it is harmonious and elegant, with a fresh and subtle creaminess and a persistent acidity, but at the same time savory and mineral, full and structured. In the glass, it shows a dense foam with a fine perlage.
